Are your prices really fixed — no hidden fees?
Yes. The price we quote is the price you pay. We never add hidden charges after the job. Our pricing is based on property size and service type, agreed upfront.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Domestic customers have no lock-in. You can pause or cancel at any time. We work on trust and quality, not contracts.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, we bring all our own professional-grade products. If you'd prefer us to use your own equipment, just let us know and we'll deduct the surcharge.
How do promo codes work?
New domestic customers can use code PURE10 for 10% off their first 3 cleans. Just mention the code when booking or include it in your booking form.
What areas do you cover?
